Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) between you and Internet Entertainment India Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 of India, having its registered office at 607/A, I main, II stage, Rajajinagar, Bangalore 560010 (“Company”) governs your use of the website (“Website”) which is owned and operated by the Company.

1. The Terms shall be deemed to have been accepted by you whenever you access the Website. You confirm that you are above the age of 18 (eighteen). You are requested not to use this Website if any of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms is unacceptable to you.

2. The Website enables you to view movies, films and cinemas through the internet. You will be able to view the movies available in the Website (“Movie”) by registering as a member of the Website and paying the fee prescribed for viewing that Movie (“Viewing Fee”).

3. You may register as a member of the Website by filling the online registration form available on the Website or by filling the form available at the time of making payment of the Viewing Fee with all mandatory information and the subsequent confirmation from the Company through an e-mail (“Registration“).

4.Upon Registration your account will be created in the Website (“Account”) and you will be a registered member of the Website (“Member“). The Company does not charge any fees for Registration. You must keep your Account details such as username and password secure and confidential.

5. There are several Movies available in the Website which can be viewed by you. You may select the Movie you want to view and make the payment of the Viewing Fee mentioned in the Website for that particular Movie. Viewing Fee for each Movie maybe determined by the Company in its sole discretion.

6. Upon successful payment of the Viewing Fee through the payment gateway the Movie for which you have paid the Viewing Fee will be available in your Account for viewing for a period of 7 (seven) days starting from date on which the Viewing Fee was paid. You will need to login to your Account by submitting the Account Details for viewing the Movie.

7. While paying the Viewing Fee the Company will provide you the details of the territory where the Movie can be viewed. You are requested to check whether the Movie can be viewed at your location.

8. You may also gift a Movie to another person by paying the Fees through the Website (“Gift”). A gift will allow the recipient to view the Movie for which you have made paid the Fees. Gifts may be made only to a person who is or becomes a Member. Thus if the recipient of the Gift is not a Member he will first have to register as a Member to view the Movie.

9. To enjoy quality and uninterrupted viewing of the Movie it is recommended that you have an internet speed of 1 Mbps.

10. As a Member you will enjoy the right to write reviews and comments on the Website (“Posts”). You shall not however upload any Post(s) which have any abusive language or objectionable content. The Company may in its absolute discretion remove any of the Posts from the Website without any notice to you.

11. The Viewing Fee is collected through the payment gateway and the Company assumes no responsibility for any loss of money resulting while making payments through the payment gateway.

12. The Viewing Fee will not be refunded to you under any circumstance.

13. The Website is available to users, including you, on an “as is” basis, without any warranties as to fitness for use for a particular purpose, merchantability, freedom from defects or non-infringement, and the Company does not makes any warranties that the Website shall always be running and free of downtime, or that it shall be error-free, or any representations regarding the availability and performance of its Website or any of the websites to which links maybe provided in the Website.

14. All content available on the Website including movie reviews, sound and video recording, trailers, photographs, designs, graphics, images, animation and other content and effects (“Content”) on the Website are for your personal, internal, informational and non-commercial use only and you shall not use it in any other manner. You are not allowed to broadcast any of the Contents or make copies of the Content.

15. The Company agrees to keep your information confidential as provided in our Privacy Policy. Any feedback, data, reviews, comments, suggestions, Post, ideas or the like, which you send to the Company will be treated as being non-confidential and non-proprietary.

16. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without any obligation, to make improvements to, or correct any error or omissions in, any portion of the Website and update information on a timely manner but shall not be liable for any inaccuracies in the Website.

17. All intellectual property right of whatever nature (including, without limitation, those which subsist in the Company Brand), which subsist or may subsist in the format, presentation and/or Content of the Website (including without limitation its look, feel, visual or other non-literal elements) shall remain the sole property of the Company and that, you have no right or claim in relation to the same; nor, to any goodwill attached; or, which may have become attached to such Intellectual Property Rights. Nothing contained in the Terms shall be construed as granting a license under any copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property rights in the Content. The Company has a definite copyright policy in relation to any Posts that are alleged to infringe the copyright of a third party and a copy of this policy is available at ;

18. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and (as applicable) its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of the Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party, including the infringement by you of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. These obligations will survive any termination of the Terms.

19. To the fullest extent permissible by law the Company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees disclaim all possible warranties over the Movie and the Company makes no guarantees, nor can the Company be responsible for the quality, copyright compliance or legality over the Movie, Content and the Website. The Company is not liable for any kind of damages, loss of data, revenue, profits, property, infection by viruses etc. resulting from the use of the Content or the Websites.

20. The Company makes no representation and assumes no responsibility concerning any of the content that third parties advertise on the Website. The Website may contain links to third party sites which are not owned and controlled by the Company. The Company disclaims all warranties on the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party. Your dealing with these third parties are solely between you and the third party and the Company has no role in any of the dealings or transactions which you may have with any of the third parties. You assume all risks arising out of or resulting from your transaction of business over the Internet, and you acknowledge that the Company is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage resulting there of.

21. In no event shall the Company be liable to you for any damages whatsoever including direct, special, punitive, indirect, incidental, consequential damages due to use, misuse of the Website, Content or any external links. You shall not be entitled to specific performance of any of the Terms.

22. The Company reserves the right to modify the Terms (including Viewing Fee payable) from time to time and it shall be your responsibility to keep yourself updated with the Terms. You agree to be bound by such modifications. A copy of the new Terms will be available at .

23. The services are personal to you and you may not assign your rights and obligation under the Terms to any person.

24. You agree to comply with the local laws, of the territory where you are located, for viewing the Movie and for the use of the Website and the Company does not have a responsibility for any violation of laws by you.

25.The Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute between the Company and you relating to the services or any of the Terms shall be referred to binding arbitration to be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator appointed by the CEO of the Company at Bangalore in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, whose award shall be final and binding.
